Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (St. Louis, MO)

IBCT integrates the twin goals of acceptance and change as positive outcomes for couples in therapy. A third generation behavior therapy, IBCT holds that couples who succeed in therapy usually make concrete behavioral changes to accommodate the needs of their partner.
